A 100% natural oil that comes from black cumin seeds (Nigella Sativa) originating in southwestern Asia. The plant goes by many names, including black cumin but is nevertheless not closely related to cumin. Other Swedish names for the seeds are onion seeds and hell seeds. Black cumin seed oil has a rich composition of proteins, minerals, carbohydrates and fats. Almost all in the form of omega-3 and omgea-6 fatty acids. The oil also has about 15 amino acids, building blocks of protein, of which 9 are essential amino acids. The bottle is shaken before use. Dosage 1 teaspoon per day. The recommended dose should not be exceeded.
Should not be used as an alternative to a varied diet.
Should be kept out of reach of children
Black cumin oil should be stored in the dark and cool away from sunlight. Preferably in the fridge after the bottle is opened
