Terms and Conditions

Prices in the original currency of Swedish kronor (SEK) are the prevailing ones. Deviations from the terms are valid only if both parties have signed a special agreement regulating this.

Applicability

These terms of purchase are applicable where Swedish or other applicable law does not prescribe conditions that conflict with these. For private consumers, the Consumer Purchasing Act and the Distance Contracts Act apply, which also includes protection for the sales company.

Ordering

If the client is under 18, the plaintiff's permit must be obtained before the purchase is completed. An order made in another person's name without his or her consent, or in any other way that causes Scandinavian Herbs AB to suffer financial damage, police are notified. Scandinavian Herbs AB indemnifies itself for printing errors, errors in information, and errors in specification, on all products and services in Scandinavian Herbs AB's range. All image information must be seen as illustrations and cannot be guaranteed to reflect the exact appearance and condition.

Payment

VAT is included in all prices, but shipping costs will apply if necessary. Payment is made on demand or card payment via the Internet. We use CertiTrade's payment system (www.certitrade.net), which allows payment with Visa, MasterCard, Diners and American Express.

When selling via credit / debit card, the terms become effective as soon as the card transaction has been approved. There is no extra charge for card payment

In the case of late payment, the interest rate is charged at 9.5% per month from the due date. Scandinavian Herbs AB reserves itself for possible price changes, incorrect prices and final sales. Where such a thing is manifestly incorrect, this may force Scandinavian Herbs AB to cancel the purchase and repay any amount paid in the best way. This can be done at any time during the course of the business when errors are detected. The cause of errors must be clearly reported to the customer in connection with the cancellation of the purchase.
 
Delivery and cancellation

Orders received before 8 p.m. 12.00 on Monday to Thursday will be processed the same day, for delivery within 5 working days. Orders received on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays will be processed the following Monday.

Delivery is by post/ freight forwarding / e-mail. Delivery of ordered service according to order.

In cases where the customer considers that delivery is delayed in such a way that he no longer desires delivery of an order, it is the customer's responsibility to cancel the order in accordance with Scandinavian Herb's terms of purchase. Cancellation after the order has been dispatched is not possible. In cases where the order has been dispatched, the customer is obliged to receive the order. Cancellation of a product or service that is purchased or completed specifically for the customer is not possible.

Cancellation is not valid until the customer has received confirmation from Scandinavian Herbs AB either by e-mail or by mail.

Retention of title

All goods remain Scandinavian Herbs AB's property until full payment has been made.

Responsibility for errors

Scandinavian Herbs AB's liability for errors in delivery is limited to applicable sales terms Scandinavian Herbs AB bears no direct or indirect responsibility for, for example, but not limited to, incompatibility, delays in delivery, interruptions, data loss, extra work or other financial damage.

Terms of complaint and right of withdrawal

Scandinavian Herbs AB sells all products with a 100% repurchase guarantee. If the products do not meet your requirements or if for any reason you are not satisfied with the content, please contact your dealer or Scandinavian Herbs for any information, exchange for another product or to get the money back. This warranty is valid for an unlimited period, if not best before the date has passed, and at least half the contents of the product must remain. The container must not be damaged. You as a customer are responsible for the return shipping.

It is advisable for the customer arrival control to check the delivery to verify that it is correct and error free. If a complaint is made, the customer should contact Scandinavian Herbs AB's complaints department at +46 (0)171-440030, by e-mail kundtjanst@scandinavianherbs.se or by Scandinavian Herbs AB's website www.scandinavianherbs.se and state the order ID and the reason for the complaint. When complaining of goods, the customer must request a complaint form.

In all cases when a product is returned to Scandinavian Herbs AB, the customer must first have received a complaint form. Defective products returned to Scandinavian Herbs AB should be treated as if they were defective. In all types of returns it is extremely important that the product is packaged in such a way that it does not risk being damaged.

Private consumers have the right to cancel the purchase within 14 days according to the distance contract law. The right of withdrawal applies according to the law only if the product and its original packaging can be returned in substantially unchanged condition. The product must not be used. If the consumer wishes to exercise his right of withdrawal, he must contact Scandinavian Herbs AB for a complaint form. The return shipping is financed by the consumer.

Products specially made for a specific customer do not apply to exchange rights, open purchase or right of withdrawal.

If an item is damaged in transport, Scandinavian Herbs AB must be contacted within five days for information on compensation.

Unsolved shipping

For shipping that is not redeemed and the package returns to Scandinavian Herbs AB, a fee of SEK 250 + VAT will be charged to cover Scandinavian Herbs AB costs for transport and administration.

Transport damaged goods

If a product from Scandinavian Herbs AB is damaged in transport, regardless of whether the damage is clearly visible or hidden, this must be reported immediately to the freight forwarder (usually, DHL +46 (0)771-345345) but within 7 days.

Force majeure

Events such as wars, natural disasters, labor market battles, authority decisions, missing deliveries from subcontractors, costly circumstances and thus comparable events outside Scandinavian Herbs AB control, which could not reasonably be foreseen, should be attributed to force majeure, which means that Scandinavian Herbs AB is freed from its obligations to fulfill the agreements entered into

Other

Scandinavian Herbs AB reserves the right to change all information, including but not limited to prices, technical specifications and product offers, without prior notice. In case of final sale at stated price or  that a sales object has been discontinued, Scandinavian Herbs AB has the right to cancel the purchase and repay any amounts paid in the best way. Scandinavian Herbs AB shall also notify the customer if replacement or equivalent sales items are available
