The shark liver oil contains alkyl glycerols. Alkylglycerols in significant concentrations are found only in breast milk and shark liver oil. We humans have alkylglycerol in the liver, bone marrow and red blood cells. 
Each capsule contains 500mg of shark liver oil, of which 100mg Alkylglycerol. 
Dosage: 1-2 capsules per day, should not be exceeded.
Store in a cool, dry place out of the reach of children.
This dietary supplement should not be used as an alternative to a varied diet.
